Super Dragon: A 10-m-Long-Coupled Tendon-Driven Articulated Manipulator
Переглядів 9 тис.5 років тому
Suzumori Endo Lab, Tokyo Tech developed a 10 m-long articulated manipulator for investigation inside the primary containment vessel of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plants. We employed a coupled tendon-driven mechanism and a gravity compensation mechanism using synthetic fiber ropes to design a lightweight and slender articulated manipulator. This work was published in IEEE Robotics and A...

How to lern that😮? Plse
the question is rather if the tensegrity of the structure works under load without a skin as a circumflex limitation
my gynoid is getting closer and closer
From half life 2
Bro looks like fast headcrab
now show the 2 ton hydraulic pump or the mega air compressor in the backgroudn
Sarah Connor?
This is great!!! if you can contract me I will use AI to turn this into a humanoid robot
The nature is best
What did it take to design and create this thing? Design, engineering, intelligence, etc. And the same things are not needed to create a human being? Human beings just evolved from slime? By chance? Order from chaos? Was this robot created randomly out of chaos? Someone has to create it and put it together. There is no other way this robot could have been created. And people say there is no God? No creator? Do they not see the parallel?
Posso dizer que isto está a um passo dos "sintéticos" da saga Alien! 😳
Too thick tubes
Robot skeleton? Thas not creepy at all and it definitely doesn't remind me of the Terminator.
Westworld ano 1
Very cool.
hear me out
I am name him Colin. I wonder if this can be used for a phlumentic tub device. I want my burgers deliverd through phlube tube.
Interesting design I have been considering using tendon cables for a long time. Great to see it relieves the legs of unnecessary weight!
If You are making something that has legs , i recommend searching for "Birdbot" the robot has legs which are moved by tendon cables , as a result the leg weights very little and has less inertia
We were all thinking the same thing 😅
I’m actually researching that kind of thing and it got me here lol.
Cool
cool onahole
Electric muscles, nice.
I did something similar 30 years ago ;D I think you can develop this a little further, think of cells that move longitudinally rather than horizontally, and make a robot that is 5-10 kilometers long and can enter caves. Simple, including nothing difficult. There will be a camera, electronic system and plastic welding machine at the end of the robot. Robot; It will be like a plastic hose with one end turned upside down. There will be 4 channels on it. As the air-filled inflatable plastic tube turns its corners, the electric plastic welding machine at the end of the hose will create corners and turn the corners as it releases air into the hose. The necessary cables will be released from the pulley at the end of the hose as the robot progresses.
I guess you didn't make a video 30y ago - but if you made one today, I'd be interested to watch and learn from it.
@@AdityaMehendale I didn't make a video, but I have the drawings in my notes. I don't have much time to shoot videos for UA-cam. I think I will start making videos when I retire in 3-4 years. :/
Guh 🥴
Masturbator 😁
very interesting, the speed is high, so now the robots will also be able to poop.
Hello, yes years ago there was that, can you imagine now the year 2024 is already among us, who knows, the coexistence between humans and humanoid machines, greetings 🤖🇨🇱
Wow that is awesome.
Looks like you're giving Boston Dynamics a run for their money
لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيئ قدير
Battletech myomer muscle?
THIS IS SO COOL OMGOMGOMG
We are one step closer to catgirls
indeed.
So we have muscle and skin just needs fat for cushioning.
make it do a front double bicep pose
We have those already, they're called humans. What is the obsession with putting billions of dollars into trying to make a Bepis version of something that 1) Costs nothing and 2) We already have enough of. Take care of humans first!
Artificial muscles are the future of robotics
My grandma could kick ball harder than that, and she is dead since 60s
💀
Me as a fresh grad of diploma of electronic engineering want to make this. How to start ?
spaghetti terminator
This .this is the right design for Androids .. using muscles instead of joint servos
Didn't you people ever watch stargate? I know this is why I hate Replicants 😝😝😝😝
I wonder is their any new update for this video its now 2023 go into 2024?
They are getting closer to realizing the best model for robotics is the human body.,
Fastatisc work.....now it can be improved with MIT MULTI MAT ERIAL 3D PRINTER.....
this looks far more superior than tesla robots
Haha, i like the little box down the left side. Its funny
cops gping to mount one on a truck and grab perps with it
I wish to know where they acquired their "thin artificial muscles" their website does not have a paper that cites them.
